WADOWICE

The meeting "Toronto in Wadowice" took place within the confines of World Youth Day, which is organized by the Pope every 2-3 years. In 2002 youth from all continents met in Toronto in Canada. As for the youth from southern Poland who for various reasons was not able to come to Toronto there was a meeting organized in Wadowice, which is the home town of the Pope John Paule II. During the night vigil a direct satellite connection was established with the Pope and the youth in Toronto and with Wadowice.
